| VEHICLES FITTED WITH AIR
CONDITIONING. |

| With air conditioned vehicles
we have developed a two stage intercooler system, as this allows us to
leave the air conditioning unmodified and makes the installation more
straightforward. We retain the original intercooler and link the new
first stage cooler into it, with aluminium pipe work and silicone hoses.
The new cooler is mounted below the radiator. Power and torque figures
are close to those of the normal PHASE.2 system. |

| The PHASE.4 conversion is
normally only supplied and fitted in our workshop. With this system we
fit an uprated turbocharger and a boost pressure control system, so that
boost pressure can be varied from low to high boost with a dash mounted
switch. Heat shielding, K&N air filter and fuel ionisers are part of the
conversion |

| We employ a two-stage
intercooler system. We retain the original intercooler, but fit a
special water cooled intercooler and link this in series with the
original intercooler to produce a unique two-stage intercooler system.
For vehicles with an electronically controlled fuel pump, for optimum
performance we have the option of fitting a power boost module or
performance optimising ECU chip. |
